What is The KiKi Layne MixTape?
The KiKi Layne MixTape is a mixtape created by Makell Bird, the host of Maktown TV and Maktown Radio. It is presented in the form of several playlists, all containing the same songs, spread across several music DSPs. After seeing Kiki Layne for the first time, in the movie "Coming 2 America" (2021), Makell Bird was inspired by the talent, character, and overall vibe of Kiki Layne. Makell Bird then set forth to create a mixtape and playlist which could capture the vibes and aura of Kiki Layne. This mixtape is an ever evolving playlist that will have songs added to it as time marches along.
